lorem_ipsumerian I stumbled upon Escape Artist and reflexively, Couch Acid, from a fortuitous Canvas of Memory stream. I listened to it once, recognized good, but immediately became distracted by the infinite feed glued to my hand. It wasn’t until I was waiting at an airport terminal, uncomfortably high, desperate for grounding, that I came back for a second listen. With half a pack of Rolos percolating in my gut, I faded into a heightened observational state, transferring my self-inflicted anxiety into a passive enjoyment of my surroundings.

Finally listening to the full tape now, front to back, I can confirm Lost Time is a worthy continuation of my introductory lesson. The physical release especially helped call attention to the intentional mix, a beautiful journey that will keep Escape Artist highlighted in my feed. Favorite track: Space Jam.

Haunted Ghost Couch Acid's at it again with a killer release from Escape Artist. Defying classification within the house genre, this music is transcendental and catchy all at the same time. Favorite track: String Acid.
